At Tennis-Point, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your gear; if your purchase isn't a perfect match, you can return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the tennis gear you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Items

  Place the unused items, including all original tags and shoe boxes, into a shipping container. Please do not use the shoe box as the primary shipping carton.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
